TERMS & CONDITIONS   BILLING AND CREDIT All invoices are due and payable within 30 days from the date of invoice. Sales tax will be added to all orders unless a current resale card is on file in our office. All credit applications are subject to JK Lighting Systems approval. A finance charge of 1-1/2% will be added to all invoices 30 days past due. All accounts 45 days past due will be placed on C.O.D. If payment is received in our office within 15 days of invoice date, a discount of 1% is allowed.   ORDERING AND INFORMATION Orders will only be accepted via fax or U.S. Mail on your purchase order form. Please be sure to include all necessary information. All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to make any modifications or change to our products without prior written notice and without any obligation. All orders will be confirmed within 24 hours after receipt of order.   CANCELLATIONS All cancellation requests must be made in writing and are subject to JK Lighting Systems approval. Upon approval, immediate payment of reasonable charges based upon expenses already incurred is required.   FREIGHT ALLOWANCE All orders of $4,500 or more will be prepaid at our expense. All orders less than $4,500 will be shipped prepaid and add (all freight charges plus a S2 handling charge will be added to your invoice.) Shipments travel at purchaser's risk. Title passes to the consignee upon transfer to shipping carrier.   RETURN POLICY Requests to return material must be made within 20 days from the date of shipment. A copy of your invoice must be included with your request. Custom-made or discontinued products are not returnable. Upon approval, a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA#) will be issued. Credits may not be taken against invoice until the RGA# is issued. All material accepted for credit is subject to a 35% restocking charge, plus all freight charges. Material must be new and in original cartons and is subject to inspection.   PRODUCT WARRANTY JK Lighting Systems warrants to the original purchaser that its product shall be free from defect in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment. No other warranty is expressed or implied. If, during the warranty period. a product proves defective, notify JK Lighting Systems immediately. We shall, at our option. repair or replace the defective product. This warranty applied only to parts or replacement and excludes all other incidental charges.
