GENERAL DESCRIPTION
  • A low-profile suspended direct/indirect fixture for attractive glare-free ambient lighting in offices, conference rooms, reception areas, classrooms and video display terminal workspaces.

  • Microperforated baffle with white opal acrylic inlay combines soft downlight with even ceiling illumination.

  • Hinged baffle for quick, easy lamp access.

  • Optional joiner assembly for continuous runs and tandem configurations.

  • Highest quality materials and workmanship.
SPECIFICATIONS
Construction: Die-formed heavy-gauge pre-painted cold rolled steel (CRS).
Baffle: Cold rolled steel with 5/64" diameter microperforations at staggered 7/64" intervals
Diffuser: .020 white opal acrylic (included).
Lamps: Three (3) F32T8 (not included).
Endcaps: Molded white plastic.
Mounting: Designed for dual cable, pendant or chain mounting.
Finish: White polyester polymer with a minimum of 82% reflectivity.

Pendant Linear Direct/Indirect T8
  1. Rivet KDS end to metal end plate using 9/64" x 1/4" brass semi-tubular rivets (5/16" head dia. x 3/64" head hgt).
  2. Attach metal end plate assembly to plastic endcap using REMINC (Remform) #6-16 TPI thread-forming screws or equal (for plastic).
  3. Apply peel-and-stick gasket to plastic lip.
  4. Wire fixture.
  5. Snap end assemblies onto KDS body.
  6. Install pendant mounting hardware (not included).
  7. Snap on KDS cover.
  8. Install lamps (not included).
  9. Mount fixture to ceiling.
  10. Slide diffuser into perforated baffle.
  11. Hook baffle onto pins, install optional self-tapping screws (not included), and close.
