BILLING AND CREDIT

| All invoices are due and payable within 30 days from the date of invoice. Sales tax will be added to all orders unless a resale card is on file in our office. All credit applications are subject to JK Lighting Systems approval. A finance charge of 1 1/2% will be added to all invoices 30 days past due. All accounts 45 days past due will be placed on C.O.D. If payment is received in our office within 15 days of invoice date discount is 1%. |

ORDERING AND INFORMATION

| Orders will be accepted via fax, E-mail, or U.S. mail on your purchase order form. Please be sure to include all necessary information. All processes are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to make any modification or change to our products without prior written notice and without obligation. |

CANCELLATIONS
|
| All requested cancellations must be made in writing and subject to JK Lighting Systems approval. Upon approval, immediate payment of reasonable charges based upon expenses already incurred is required. |

FREIGHT ALLOWANCE
|
| All orders of $3500.00 or more, freight will be prepaid at our expense. All orders less than $3500.00 will be shipped prepaid, with all freight charges and a $2.00 handling charge added to your invoice. Shipments travel at purchasers risk. Title passes to the consignee upon transfer to shipping carrier. |

RETURN POLICY
|
| Request to return material must be made within twenty (20) days from the date of shipment. A copy of your invoice must be included with your request. Custom made or discontinued products are not returnable. Upon approval, a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA#) will be issued. All return shipments must be made within 15 days after the RGA# is issued. All materials accepted for credit is subject to a 35% restocking fee, plus all freight charges. Material must be new and in original cartons and is subject to inspection. |

PRODUCT WARRANTY
|
| JK Lighting Systems warrants to the original purchaser that its product shall be free from defect in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment. No other warranty is expressed or implied. If during the warranty period a product proves defective, notify JK Lighting Systems immediately. We shall, at our option, make repairs or replace the defective product.The warranty applies only to parts of replacement and excludes all other incidental charges. |
